Construction Update: 11/21/2024

We are excited to announce construction began in early July and we have been blessed with the dry weather. Koehler Engineering and Fornabarger Concreters have been able to make good progress with the construction of the main road which will connect E. Outer Rd to Nash Rd along I-55. Once completed, they will proceed with the side streets providing access to the other lots within the industrial park. The infrastructure will include access to electricity and gas provided through Ameren MO., Telecommunications through AT&T and water, sanitary and storm sewer through Scott City Public Works. The project has utilized local businesses and is scheduled to be completed in Aug. 2025.
